State Representative Jay Livingstone joined the Muddy Water Initiative, Northeastern University’s Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Studies Fraternity and Northeastern’s Environmental Studies Program for a Muddy River Cleanup last Tuesday. Brazing low temperatures, the volunteers also picked up over two dozen needs in the water and 20 more on land.
