It’s taken 23 years since the Lee Pool on the Esplanade was closed to reach Tuesday’s groundbreaking for Charlesbank Landing, a new 9,000 square foot recreational facility which will anchor 2-acres for year-round indoor and outdoor activities. The project will be completed next summer and administered by The Esplanade Association.
